Our Policies
Parents:
Please do not drop off more than 5 minutes early for their class. The front parking spots are for quick pick-ups and drop-offs only (no more than 5 minutes).
For Camps, KNO, Kids Club, and Clinics we require a guardian to come in and sign in and out for their child(ren). Bring your ID with you.
Do not bring your child if they were displaying symptoms of sickness within the past 24 hours. If they appear ill or have a temp over 99.5 degrees, they will be sent home.
Class Kids/Campers:
Kids should wear either a leotard or comfortable athletic attire without zippers or buttons that can pinch or scratch the skin. Hair must be secured up and away from the face. Shorts should be modest and shirts long enough to tuck into the shorts or pants. Booty shorts are not allowed.
Campers will need to pack a lunch and 2 snacks. Snacks and drinks are available for purchase in our vending machines and at the front desk.
There are no refunds for missed camps. In order to receive a credit on your Elevate account, you must send in a cancellation notice at least 12 hours in advance.
General Gym Policies:
Communication - Stay subscribed to our email and emailed newsletters. These announcements will keep you up to date on important schedule changes, camp dates, new programs, & much more!
Make-Up Classes - In the event of an absence, you will automatically receive a makeup token. Make-up tokens can be redeemed through the parent portal on our website for any class available that is of your child's same level and age group up to 30 days past the missed class.
Tuition - Monthly class tuition is due on the 15th of each month. If the 15th falls on a weekend or holiday we will charge on the Friday before. We ask that you keep an updated card on file for easy auto-pay. A $25 late fee will be assessed to accounts more than 3 days past due.
Withdrawal - We require a two-week emailed drop notice for classes and a 30-day drop notice for Team or Kids Club. You are responsible for payment during that time.
