Recreational CLASSES

*free* Parent & Tot Gymnastics Walking-Age 2

Forty-five minutes of action-packed fun with parent and child. Classes work gross and fine motor skills as well as help the student learn how to operate in a class environment.  Students will work skills on floor, bars, beam, Tumbl Trak & foam pit. Students participate in a beginning and ending activity with each class. Classes are developmental.

Class Ratio is 10:1

Preschool Gymnastics Ages 3-4 Levels 1-2

Morning classes are forty-five minutes and Afternoon classes are fifty-five minutes in length. They both include a warm-up, an ending activity, and three event rotations per class. Students will work on six events: vault, bars, beam, floor, Tumbl Trak, and trampoline. Our level system for progression is used and students will receive ribbons and evaluations throughout the year.

Beginner GYMNASTICS AGES 5-6 Levels 1-2

Classes are fifty-five minutes in length and include a warm-up and ending activity as well as three rotations per class. Students will work on all events as well as trampoline and Tumbl Trak. Our level system for progression is used and students will receive ribbons and evaluations throughout the year.

Class Ratio is 8:1

Boys & Girls Gymnastics Ages 7 + Beginner-Advanced

Classes are fifty-five minutes in length and begin focusing on apparatus and skills specific to Men & Women’s gymnastics respectively. Our level system for progression is used and students receive ribbons and evaluations throughout the year.

Class Ratio is 8:1

Tumbling & Jumps Ages 10+ Beginner-Advanced

These classes are the perfect complement for cheerleaders or anyone who wishes to focus on building powerful tumbling skills and jumps.

Class Ratio is either 8:1 or 10:1 depending on level
